Connie is a 3rd generation Sobadora, who was introdued to bodywork and herbal healing remedias at an early age by her father and abuela. They instilled the importance of listenting to the body for well-being. Connie has four children, one grandchild, loves attending cultural events, dancing and cooking. Fluent in spanish and Italian and dabbles in Russian and French.

Working with the subtle energy body as well as soft tissue massage, Megan's practice focuses on safely holding space for people as they connect with and move through their healing journey. Each session is tailored to the client, where they're at emotionally and physically, as well as what feels right intuitively. Megan's practice is adaptable to support people of all abilities.

As Director of Operations, Rhiann ensures the studio runs smoothly while fostering a welcoming space for all. With a background in Human Development, trauma-informed care, and yoga training from Peru, she brings a deep passion for healing, organization, and community. Her interests in Shamanic studies, herbalism, and somatics enrich her work, and she has a special gift for bringing order to chaos. You’ll find her in our lounge, behind the scenes, or supporting clients with warmth and care.
